Registration

If you are a tournament team and have purchased insurance with another insurance carrier and you
want to ONLY register your team with VA ASA in order to play in Non Championship tournaments.
Your registration fee is $25.00 per team; your registration will not be completed and your team will not
be allowed to compete until we have received your team registration fee. Please fill out the following
form.
